Sending wrong, incomplete or missing recipients emails can cause inconvenience and a lot of work. With this problem in mind, Google implemented an unsubscribe feature, preventing the email from reaching the recipient.

It was already available for iOS and desktop, but now it finally arrives on Android in version 8.7 of the app. Learn how to use it.

1. Make sure your Gmail is up to date

Access Gmail > Help and Feedback > Options > Version Information. Gmail needs to be at version 8.7.

2. Using the new feature

To cancel the sending, it is necessary to pay attention to the bar that appears at the bottom of the screen right after forwarding the message and click on “Undo”. You will be returned to the email editing screen automatically.
